What’s your story? You smoked some of your parents cigarettes to feel cool when you were in middle school, and that’s “all she wrote?” You smoked in the boys (or girls) bathroom in high school, and then at bars in college (again to look cool), and then once the 9-to-5 world slapped you in the face, you just HAD to smoke due to the stress, and that was all “she” wrote. You were hooked. No, wait, you started out with those dreaded Skoal bandits, dip, chewing tobacco, cigars and a few joints in junior high or high school and it progressed into smoking a pack a day–somewhere along the line? Can you blame peer pressure? Can you blame an older sister or brother, or a “hip” uncle or aunt? Either you didn’t understand the health detriment, you underestimated it, or you just didn’t give a damn at that point. You were “invincible!” Obviously, you care now. Anyway, if we haven’t guessed your story yet, it doesn’t matter. The story is that you currently smoke between 15 and 50 cigarettes per day and it screws up your sleep, your drive, your nerves. It puts a cold dark cover over your health, like the smog over L.A. It’s hard to even know when the sun is shining. You get the idea.
Most smokers started in high school
Most smokers started in high school and never quit, and now they’re locked into a deadly habit they’ve probably tried to escape several times over the last decade or two, or three or four. Have you ever lit a new cigarette with the burning tip of the one you’ve almost finished? That’s where the term “chain smoking” came from. That’s when you know you’re in deep–caught in a huge scam that powers itself, end-on-end, as you simply must have nicotine to temporarily snap yourself out of the chemically-induced hangover coming from the last 10 tokes of a 7,000-chemical-laced smoking pesticide stick. It’s an efficient nicotine delivery device mixed with tar, fiberglass, and ammonia – all cooked into the tobacco and weaved into the filter to cripple you. The next cigarette is like a temporary crutch after you shoot yourself in the foot, over and over and over and over again.

Choose one or two supplements that sound right for YOU, as the health professional tells you where the organic or “vegan” brands are located. You don’t have to be vegan, it’s just that those supplements have less or no “other ingredients” that your body probably doesn’t need. They’re “clean” supplements. See, we told you this is simple.
